When requesting replacement parts, please complete a full inventory of all parts before making a request. We want to ensure you have everything you need to finish your assembly. Below is a list of information we will need before placing your replacement parts order:

A photo of the white product ID label on the product. If you're unable to locate the sticker, share a photo of the front cover of the instruction manual. - Part number and quantity of each part required - this will begin with a "T" and can be found in the assembly instructions.
- Photos of the product and damaged parts.

Reason for replacement: It may be missing, damaged, appear to be mis-drilled, or the color could be off. The more details you can provide, the better we can assist.

Name, shipping address (including apartment number or suite, if applicable), and phone number.
- Please also indicate whether the shipping box was damaged upon receipt.
